This checklist helps owners, general contractors, architects, facility teams, and trades create one coordinated scope. The selected manufacturer's current documents, approved plans, specifications, governing requirements, and responsible design professionals remain controlling.

Start with a room-by-room finish schedule

  • Room name, elevation, wall dimensions, ceiling height, and panel termination height.
  • Exact manufacturer, product, series, thickness, texture, color, fire-test classification, and approved substitution status.
  • Full-height panels, wainscot, ceiling panels, liners, or another layout.
  • Exposed corners, inside corners, bases, caps, openings, columns, soffits, and transitions to tile, stainless steel, paint, or another finish.
  • Required samples, mockups, seam layout, color acceptance, and retained attic stock.

Coordinate adhesive, trim, and joint movement as one system

  • Named adhesive, spread rate, trowel, open time, working time, cure conditions, and substrate limitations.
  • Panel expansion spacing at edges, joints, floors, ceilings, openings, and penetrations.
  • Moldings, sealant joints, butt joints, welded seams, rivets, fasteners, or another selected joint treatment.
